Perranporth Christmas Market
The Sunday before Christmas a new venture was tried in Perranporth, a Christmas Market was held at which Perran Bay had a stall, where Debbie, with some helpers, sold Christmas Wreaths and other gifts in aid of Perran Bays residents. It was a great day for the whole of the village, we will certainly take part again next year.
Perran Bay coffee morning
The coffee morning was a great success Debbie and some Perran Bay Friends
helped managed to sell a great number of Christmas Cakes, bottles of pickled
onions and so many other Goodies the Residents had helped make.
Perranzabuloe Church Christmas Tree Celebration
Once again Perran bay Christmas Tree was on display
at Perranzabuloe Parish Church. Each resident painted a bell
and a musical note, which was hung on the tree.
They also wrote their name on a peice of slate,
which was used to drecorate the base of the tree.
Christmas Day in Perran Bay
It has always been a custom for the Home to buy each
resident a gift to ensure no one is left out.
Mr Viv Hill at the gift shop was also involved with the
Perranzabluoe Rotary Club, who donated gifts for everyone
and provided a fun character Father Christmas to
come in on Christmas morning to give them out.
