The year started and we had a visit from Carol’s lovely dog, he just loves cuddles and Cynthia and Orchid just love to give cuddles.
Flower arranging started as well, the home is always filled with flower arrangements, which we the residents replace every 2 weeks and very much enjoy doing.
It was such alovely day we just had to go out for a picnic, a bit cold though!!

We had glorious sunshine for our trip to Padstow. Residents enjoyed a pasty by the harbour and a walk around the shops. What a great day out.
Some of our residents had a day out at Trelissick last week. Lucky with the weather, they had a great time exploring the gardens and admiring this superb view across the River Fal. There was time for a trip to the cafe too of course!
Almost £1200 raised…. Huge thanks to everyone for coming along to support our Perran Bay Summer Fete which was a great success with almost £1200 raised; £293 on cakes alone! This will help fund activities and day trips for our residents. There were cakes galore and plenty of sunshine which meant we could be outside…
We really enjoyed our session with Bucket Beats. Plenty of noise in the house and an opportunity to bash out the winter blues on these plastic drums. Great fun!
Perran Bay residents have been busy making Christmas Cakes with help from our Kitchen Team. The fruit has been soaking for a few days and, as you can see, everyone got stuck in.
