Enjoying the views from our deck.
Our decking area is great for “people watching” and has fantastic views across the beach so we’ve spent several afternoons outside. Some of us visited St Agnes Museum and saw the famous Lady Agnes figurehead on display there.
Despite the beachside location, our gardens always look beautiful. We are lucky to have such well tended outside spaces here at Perran Bay with gardeners who work their magic on our shrubs, hanging baskets and borders.
Sometimes all that’s needed is a helping hand. Adam, from Form and Focus, runs an Armchair Exercise class at Perran Bay every week. Plenty of movement and stretches to get us ready for the week ahead.
More day trips and some in house entertainment. Our oldest resident, Alice, meets Linda’s Granddaughter. We tried our hands making Corn Dollies, but they were very fiddly. Today we took part in the Perranzabuloe Improvements Committee Easter Duck Hunt. Participants had a sheet of clues to help them find the shops or businesses with hidden ducks. It certainly proved extremely popular and we had plenty of young sleuths on the hunt for the duck hiding at Perran Bay Reception.
Chacewater Garden Centre 30th June Lisa from Chacewater Garden Centre visited Perran Bay, she works there with the small reptiles and snake.
