Our Perran Bay Friends have been busy decorating our home for Christmas.

STAR OF WONDER

We’re taking part in the local Christmas Tree Festival at St Piran’s Church and have started making decorations for it. Our entry will be just one of about 30 trees. What an amazing sight it will make with lots of local groups and organisations in our village taking part.

18th July Train to St Ives

July saw a few residents take a train ride from Truro to St Erth then another train to St.Ives The Carnival comes to Perranporth, residents were able to watch from an excellent viewpoint Always worth watching [except when it rains]

Christmas Jumper Day

Perran Bay are proud to support Christmas Jumper Day for Save the Children on Thursday 7th December 2023. We will be wearing our Christmas jumpers to work and any visitors are encouraged to come in theirs. There as a prize for the best jumper of the day!

People Watching & Lady Agnes

Enjoying the views from our deck. Our decking area is great for “people watching” and has fantastic views across the beach so we’ve spent several afternoons outside. Some of us visited St Agnes Museum and saw the famous Lady Agnes figurehead on display there.

Royal Cornwall Show

Members of our team had the opportunity to represent Perran Bay at the Royal Cornwall Show this month. They had an amazing time and enjoyed being part of the Proud to Care stand, promoting careers in caring across Cornwall.

Summer at Last

After a few false starts, it seems summer has finally arrived here in Perranporth. The beach is packed with visitors and residents are enjoying the views from our sheltered deck.
