At Perran Bay, we’re incredibly proud of the whole team who come together each day to create a warm, welcoming and supportive environment for our residents. While our leadership team—James Godolphin (Registered Business Manager), Alex Greenaway (Registered Care Manager), and Lauren Hunter (Finance Manager)—bring a wealth of experience and insight, it’s the collective effort across the home that truly makes a difference.

Our Care Teams, led by compassionate Duty Managers, and our in-house teams in Training, Well-Being, Maintenance, Housekeeping, Dining, Laundry and Administration, all work with one shared purpose: to provide the highest quality of person-centred care. Every member of our team brings kindness, patience, and dedication to their role, helping to ensure that each resident is seen, heard and valued as an individual.

Together, we strive to make Perran Bay feel like a true home—a place where residents feel safe, respected, and part of a family.
