We’ve had a Harvest Service with Rev S Clarke, started preparing jars of pickled onions for Christmas, visited Quintrell Downs Garden Centre and had some unusual animals visit us.

A Trip to Trelissick
Some of our residents had a day out at Trelissick last week. Lucky with the weather, they had a great time exploring the gardens and admiring this superb view across the River Fal. There was time for a trip to the cafe too of course!
Summer Fete
Almost £1200 raised…. Huge thanks to everyone for coming along to support our Perran Bay Summer Fete which was a great success with almost £1200 raised; £293 on cakes alone! We really enjoyed our session with Bucket Beats. Plenty of noise in the house and an opportunity to bash out the winter blues on these plastic drums. Great fun!
Cream Tea Afternoon
Several of our residents enjoyed a quintessential Cornish Cream Tea in a secluded private garden this week. Tucked away beneath the trees, this hidden retreat provided the perfect setting to while away an idyllic afternoon with friends, surrounded by dappled sunshine and the sound of birdsong. Stithians Show Visit
Glorious Sunshine for our day out. Some of our staff and residents enjoyed a trip to Stithians Show this week and had a wonderful time watching equestrian events, learning about preparation for a dog show and sampling local produce.
