Accommodation

We can accommodate up to 37 residents in permanent or short stay rooms. We also offer day care which can be an excellent way to experience life at Perran Bay before making any permanent plans.

Our bedrooms are spread across three floors with two lifts enabling easy access to all. Bedrooms have a minimum of a washbasin but the majority are fully ensuite with shower and toilet. Others are close to a bathroom. A landline telephone is provided in all bedrooms free of charge (International calls chargeable) so you’ll have your own number to share with family and friends. There is also free Wi-Fi throughout the building.

We operate a waiting list for our permanent rooms but this doesn’t mean your name goes at the bottom and you work your way to the top. As rooms become available, they are offered to the person most in need and for whom the available space is best suited. Whilst they can be provided fully furnished, you are encouraged to bring favourite items from home such as furniture, ornaments and pictures. We have a brilliant maintenance team who can help position furniture, add picture hooks or put up shelves; anything to help you settle in quickly and make you feel at home.
